Safe people and environments
- Staff and regular service providers complete identity and background checks appropriate to their role.
- Children are supervised in classrooms, activity areas, transport, arrival, and departure routines.
- Campus access is controlled, visitor movement is monitored, and safety equipment is maintained.
- Transport procedures include authorized pickup checks and emergency contact records.
Respectful care
We do not tolerate physical punishment, humiliation, bullying, discrimination, harassment, neglect, or any behavior that compromises a child’s dignity. Staff are expected to use age-appropriate, positive guidance and report concerns immediately.
Reporting a concern
Parents, children, staff, and visitors can raise a safety concern with the school leadership team. Concerns are recorded, reviewed promptly, and handled confidentially as far as possible. Immediate danger should be reported to local emergency services first.
Health and emergencies
Families should provide current medical and emergency information. The school maintains first-aid procedures, emergency contacts, incident records, and evacuation practices. Parents or authorized guardians are contacted as soon as reasonably possible after a significant incident.
Working with families
Child protection works best as a partnership. Please tell us about changes that may affect your child’s safety, including authorized pickup arrangements, health needs, or concerns about their wellbeing.
